Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

   • You can cancel your order before the product is shipped.

2. Return Conditions

   • The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
   • The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
   • You must notify our customer service team before initiating a return.

3. Return Process

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
   • Once the product is received and meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
   • The refund will be processed using the original payment method of the order.
