DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

DECOFIND.COM DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This agreement is made between DecoFind.com (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer purchasing products or services (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"), under the following terms, in an electronic environment.

2. Subject
This agreement is drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation to define the rights and obligations of the parties in purchases made by the Buyer through the DecoFind.com website.

3. Products and Services
The sales conditions regarding physical and non-physical products offered by the Seller are regulated within this agreement.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

 

• The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal and request a return for physical products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Returned products will be inspected by the Seller, and the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 30 days.

• There is no return policy for non-physical products.

5. Delivery
The Seller is obliged to dispatch the ordered products within the specified period mentioned on DecoFind.com. Delivery times and methods are stated on the website.

6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising between the parties, Türkiye/Bursa courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction.

7. Validity
By accepting this agreement electronically, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted the stated terms.
